Acting on recommendations and Lead(s) Recommendations made will be implemented by the clinical staff groups – Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Manager, DON Change in practice and lessons to be shared Required changes to practice will be identified and actioned within4 weeks or as agreed in the action plan.
