COMPUTER FILES BACKUP PURPOSE To provide guidelines for maintaining computer backup for restoration of computer data, including the Electronic Health Records (EHR), in the event of a system failure or human error, following HIPAA guidelines. RESPONSIBLE PERSONNEL Administrator or Manager of Accounting and Computer Systems. OBJECTIVES 1.
