MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. ILLEGAL REMUNERATION Prohibition of Illegal Remuneration 1. A person licensed, certified, or registered by a health care regulatory agency of this State commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly offers to pay or agrees to accept any remuneration directly or indirectly, overtly or covertly, in cash or in kind, to or from any person, firm, association, or persons, partnership, or corporation for securing or soliciting patients or patronage. 2. MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. will not participate in advertising, which is false or misleading, or suggests professional superiority that is not readily verifiable. 3. MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. will not knowingly solicit patients in the community, or through its involvement with community functions. Home Health Agency Policies A-129
