All new employees shall spend the first week for orientation and familiarization with existing policies and codes of our agency. The director or his/her designate shall conduct the orientation. 4. Any breach of the code of conduct shall constitute grounds for dismissal. Specific violations include absenteeism, sexual harassment, lateness to work, breach of the confidentiality code, insubordination, gossiping, incompetence, insufficient improvement on the job, or other breaches deemed by the Director to be of a nature serious enough to warrant dismissal.
