POLICY ON PERSONNEL POLICIES NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT POLICY: The Human Resource Policy Manual is intended to provide Employees with a general understanding of MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc.’s Human Resource policies and procedures. In cases where federal or state law conflicts with a policy or procedure, law will take precedence. The Employee Personnel Policies replaces all prior policies. This manual cannot anticipate every situation or answer every question about employment. It is not an employment contract and is not intended to create contractual obligations of any kind.
