MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. 30. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate levels of professional liability (as required) and worker’s compensation (exemptions) to cover contractor’s performance hereunder. Contractor is required to provide the company a valid Certificate of Insurance reflecting worker’s compensation insurance or Certificate of Election to be Exempt showing coverage immediately upon the request of company.
