STAFF RETENTION: Our Agency shall develop accurate job descriptions that clearly indicate the core competencies required for the successful achievements of goals. Such job descriptions shall be used for recruitment and selection processes, we shall give opportunity to grow to employees by assisting them to acquire competencies that will improve their ability to work in other areas within the Agency. We shall reward employees who are high performers and value creative within the Agency, according and Agency’s Financial situation. The Agency shall on continuous basis analyze the reasons for mobility and turn-over through: Assessing staff morale, Conducting exit interviews, Interview candidates who turn down job counter offers, Benchmarking with other employers, Analyzing information gathered and looking for trends.
