MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. POLICY ON HIRING AND FIRING It is the policy of MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. that the agency reserves the right to hire and the right to fire any employee. To be hired, employees must meet all required criteria as are contained in our policy on licensor. We do not discriminate on employment for any reason, including but not limited to for age, disabilities, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnic or cultural background, and religion or credo. We comply with all Office of Civil Rights regulations and laws. Also our Agency has zero tolerance to fraud and zero tolerance to any sexual harassment to any personnel, co-worker or patient, any failure to comply with this Policy, amend any possible criminal prosecution, imply immediately Job termination, a month’s salary in lieu shall not apply.
