MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. JOB POSTINGS POLICY: Job openings and openings as a result of new positions may be posted in order to give present Employees consideration. PROCEDURE: · Job openings should be posted for at least seven (7) calendar days. Job openings will be posted on the Employee Information Board. · Outside applicants should be considered to fill vacancies, if no Employees currently working have the necessary qualifications and the ability to fill positions and/or if no Employees currently working have submitted a request for transfer. · The Employee must have notified his/her present Supervisor of the intention to apply for a posted position. · An Employee must apply in writing for any job opening by forwarding a transfer request to the Supervisor. · An Employee must be allowed the right to inquire without prejudice about the requirements of the listed position. · Factors to be considered in awarding a position are: a. Date of receipt of the transfer request. b. Education, certification or license as applicable. c. Relevant experience, skills, ability and performance. d.
