Limitations of care or services provided to patients: Nursing and Aide Services: We have no limitations about staff availability, our Agency have enough trained and competent staff to cover all nursing and aide services to our patients. They have ability to respond quickly to clients demands and changes in orders, the owners of the company are persons with home health experience, that facilitate the primary attention to our potential clients, the nurses and aides have abilities to comply with scheduled of visits, as well physicians orders. The more common limitations is to receive the documentation of care provided on time, by per Policy we have a limit of 1 week to receive all progress notes in the Agency all of our staff are aware of this Policy. For aide service the limitation of services may be related to patient’s limitations caused by chronic diseases or physical disability that cause difficulty performing activities of daily living (ADLs) such as walking, dressing, bathing and preparing meals, and this m ay interfere in the Plan of Care compliance and goal reach. Therapy Services (Physical, Occupation, and Speech), and Social Services: Shortage of staff due to competitive market, very limit therapist staff available, most of them are part of Staffing Company and are very difficult to hire direct therapy employees. Social workers staff are very limited also in our area, it is very difficult to hire direct social workers employees, but in compliance in our recruitment goals we maintain newspaper adds and Posted notice in the Office reception area. Hospice Services is limited to the possibility to reach contract with Hospices in our area of services, and we anticipate also the possibility to cover different shift of hours of service to this health facility. Pediatric patients, the main limitations is the availability of certified staff in pediatric care, and very difficult to enter in contract with private insurances or medicaid program.
