PROCESS WHEN A PATIENT’S NEEDS CANNOT BE MET: Our QAPI staff Advises the Clinical Manager and Director of Nursing/Executive Director on unmet health or service needs, we will make all reasonable effort to accomplish our Service Goals, but if it not possible, the Patient/family will be educated, trained about the un-met goals/needs, and our DON, Clinical Manager will try to find in our community other resources than can help the patient reach their un-met needs, included transfer to another facility or community resources.
