POLICY ON COURTESY TITLE It is the policy of MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. to use courtesy titles (Mr., Mrs., Miss., Ms. Dr., etc.) when addressing patients and/or staff members. This courtesy extends further to allow individuals to identify themselves personally by one of these courtesy titles also.
