Review capital expenditures, supplies and equipments, salary schedules, and employee benefits budgets. 2. Reviews long-range financial plan for outcomes. Revise recommended proposals for capital expenditure needs, supplies and equipments need, salary schedules, full-time equivalents, and employee benefits as necessary to address the home health care agency’s philosophy and objectives. 3. Submit recommendations for capital expenditure needs, supplies and equipments need, salary schedules, full-time equivalents and employee benefits. 4. Approve purchase requisitions as necessary. Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager 1. Assesses capital expenditure needs for the home health care agency according to priorities. 2. Assess supplies and equipments need for the home health care agency. 3. Assess salary schedules and full-time staff equivalents for the home health care agency. 4. Assess employee benefits for home health care staff members. 5. Submit recommendations for capital expenditures needs, supplies and equipments need, salary schedules, full-time staff equivalents and employee benefits, based on assess needs. 6. Implements purchasing requisitions as necessary. 7. Reviews and approves invoices. 8. Develops and implements systems to monitor the expenses and revenues according to the actual cost reports. 9. Assesses and recommends the budget plan and necessary revisions. Accountant 1. Develops depreciation schedule for capital expenditure items. 2. Develops costs for supply and equipment items. 3. Develops proposed salary costs. 4. Develops proposed employee benefits costs 5. Monitors cash flow of the home health care agency. 6. Reviews purchasing inventory. 7. Provides reimbursements for approved invoices. 8. Monitors expenses and revenues according to the budget and actual cost reports. 9. Develops costs of proposed budget plans and revisions.
