POLICY ON WAGE SCALES AND CHARGES It is the policy of MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. that each employee shall be quoted a salary at the time of employment and such a salary shall be subject to an annual review. Registered nurses shall be paid a rate of $ _____ per visit. Licensed Practical Nurses shall be paid a rate of $ _____ per visit. Home Health Aides shall be paid at a rate of $ _____ per visit. Therapists shall be paid at an average rate of $ _____ per visit. POLICY: · The agency charges a fee for service provided to its patients · The Administrator and Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager establishes a recommended charge for each service based upon current industry conditions, market analysis, cost analysis, and budget · These recommendations are presented to the staff senior management team and to the President for final approval · Any changes, including managed care contract discounts, or exceptions to charges, may be made only by permission of the Administrator in consultation with the President.
