MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY PURPOSE: To delineate responsibility for administration of the agency. FOCUS GROUP: Administration POLICY: Administrative responsibility for the home health agency is vested in the Administrator appointed by the Board, who directs the work of the agency within the framework of policies and a budget adopted by the Board. The Administrator is responsible for administering the affairs of the agency. In the absence of the Administrator, the Alternate Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration of the agency.
