Our Agency is not required to provide legal or financial assistance, or assistance of any kind to an individual accused of harassment, if a legal complaint is filed. Reporting If you feel that you have experienced or witnessed unlawful discrimination or harassment, you are to notify your supervisor immediately and report it to the administration of our Agency. Although we encourage you to use the channels that are available through our Agency, you also have the right to contact your state fair employment agency or your local Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) office. All reports will be promptly investigated with due regard for the privacy of everyone involved and, if warranted, appropriate remedial action will be taken. Our Agency forbid retaliation against anyone for reporting suspected unlawful discrimination or harassment, assisting in making a discrimination or harassment complaint, or cooperating in a discrimination or harassment investigation. To the fullest extent practicable, our Agency will keep complaints and the terms of their resolution confidential. Any employee found to have unlawfully discriminated against, or harassed a fellow employee or subordinate will be subject to severe disciplinary action and may be terminated.
