MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. POLICY ON EXPERIMENTAL DRUGS With regard to the use of experimental drugs and our patients, the following policy, rules and regulations shall apply: 1 . No experimental drugs shall be used on any patient. 2. No drugs, except as recommended and prescribed by a patient's physician, shall be used on or given to any patient. 3.
