POLICY ON MISREPRESENTATION The following policy shall govern this agency: MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. shall not associate with any person or persons who knowingly, or unknowingly, misrepresent it in an attempt to cheat, deceive or defraud any person or persons, institutions or government entities. Any such misrepresentations that could mar the reputation of this agency shall, accordingly, be reported to the appropriate agents of the government, local or otherwise, for investigation and prosecution.
