MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. POLICY ON NON-DISCRIMINATION It is the policy of MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. that home health services shall be available and shall be rendered to the total population of our County, and employment opportunities will be available, regardless of the applicant/recipient's race, color, sexual orientation, age, sex, religion, disability, or ethnic background/national origin. As a recipient of Federal financial assistance, MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. does not exclude, deny benefits to or otherwise discriminate against any person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, disability or age in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits of any of its programs and activities or in employment therein, whether carried out by MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. directly or through a contractor or any other entity with which MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. arranges to carry out its programs and activities.
