MDT Home Health Care Agency, Inc. SALARY CHANGES POLICY Salary changes are processed accurately and expeditiously. PURPOSE To facilitate standardized and accurate salary changes. PROCEDURES 1. The Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager of Home Health Care completes a job performance appraisal prior to approving any salary change for a staff member. 2. The Administrator and Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager of Home Health Care review and approve all salary changes for home health care staff member. a. Assigns a Home Health Care staff member to appropriate slots in the salary scale as indicated by the staff members job classification. b. Documents any salary changes on an Employee Change forms. c. Submits completed Employee Change forms to the Administrator of Home Health Care before noon on the Wednesday prior to the end of each pay period. 3. The Administrator of Home Health Care: a. Reviews and approves or disapproves Employee Change forms b. Submits approved Employee Change forms to the Payroll Department before 2:00P.M. on the Wednesday prior to the end of each pay period.
